All of our services depend on project size and complexity. Upon an in-person evaluation of the property, we will be able to give you a more accurate timescale and ensure it meets your timings.

We advise to submit an application to the local authority at least 4 months before your ideal start date. The approval process usually takes 8 weeks, but you should allow between 6 to 8 weeks to prepare and submit plans.

It is certainly possible. However, it can be a complex process depending on the age, size, and design of the current extension. Typically, it is simpler and more cost-effective to demolish the old extension and rebuild it.

As with any building works, there can be unexpected costs. Additional costs most often arise from customers changing design or material choices, or uncovering structural faults during the later stages of the project. However, we are transparent with our clients about these from start to finish, and communicate them as soon as possible to ensure you are fully informed.
